Great product,works really well. My only problem is that I used the regular sized one for 15 years,and I'm more used to the larger one.
As long as you don't want to cook over a 12 pound turkey,this one is great.

Two years ago we bought one of these. The wife loves it and it does a great job when it works, but we have used it less than a dozen times and now it appears that we are going to have to throw it away. Last year it quit working so I took it apart and found that one of the power push on terminal connectors was loose so I crimped it to tighten it and all was well. This year it quite working again and once again I took it apart and saw that the AC push on terminal on the timer had seperated from the timer. No way to fix it. Sent an email to Ronco requsting to buy a replacement timer; NO RESPONSE. Sent a second e-mail requsting follow up on the first e-mail; once again NO RESPONSE.
Appears that we are going to have to look for something other than this as it turns out to have been an expensive rotisserie experience for only using it less than a dozen times.

I finally got one in black. My husband was skeptical but when he tasted how moist the chicken was he kept giving me praises! Worth every dime!
